Taxes for shipping?

 Within Canada, an order shipped to:

British Columbia is subject to 5% GST and 7% PST.
Manitoba is subject to 5% GST and 7% PST.
New Brunswick is subject to 13% HST.
Newfoundland and Labrador is subject to 13% HST.
Nova Scotia is subject to 15% HST.
Ontario is subject to 13% HST.
Prince Edward Island is subject to 14% HST
Quebec is subject to 5% GST and 9.975% QST.
Saskatchewan is subject to 5% GST and 5% PST.
All other Canadian provinces are subject to 5% GST only.

What is the currency and exchange rate?

All of our prices are in Canadian Dollars.  Currency exchange rates are calculated by the credit card companies.

 

Is everything in stock on our website?

We try to make every attempt to synchronize our website merchandise with our inventory, but on occasion certain items may be out of stock.  If this happens, we will give you the option of a either a full refund, or we will special order your item in and get it to you as soon as possible.

 

 

What is our return policy?

IN STORE Return Policy:
All Returns must have original tags still on, unused, and in saleable condition while accompanied by an original sales receipt. Returns made within 30 days of purchase are eligible for an exchange or in-store credit (no expiry on the in-store credit).  Returns outside of the allowable period are at the discretion of management. All undergarments are final sale.

 

ONLINE Return Policy:
We strive to bring you the best!  Customer satisfaction is extremely important to usJ. If there is a problem with your purchase, (i.e. defective, damaged , incorrect or missing items) you may return your item to us for a full refund.  For any of these issues, please contact us at info@xclusiveelements.com within 14 days of the delivery being made.  We will instruct you on how to proceed and pre-approve the process.  If the item proves to be defective, we will issue a refund or replacement. 

 

For all other returns, a store credit or exchange may be given if the product is unused, tags are still on and in saleable condition.  It may be best to contact us prior to doing so, so we are aware of the issue and can walk you through the process.  All items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.  Returns made from outside of Canada or past our time guidelines are at the discretion of management, and need to be pre-approved prior to shipping.

Unless arranged by management, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Xclusive Elements is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. International returns may be subject to customs, tax or duty charges at the Canadian border and will be the responsibility of the purchaser. International returns must be pre-approved by management in order to avoid unnecessary charges. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition.  If you are making a return, you must pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help eliminate damage during shipping. Please return the items back to us in the same condition they were sent to you. Shipping charges, free shipping promotions and other coupon offers/discounts will be deducted from the return. We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
